AR Rahman, Resul Pookutty win Oscars; Slumdog bags 8 awards

The much awaited Oscar announcement has finally begun with the enchanted Slumdog Millionaire, Directed by Danny Boyle bagging the title in eight categories. AR Rahman has won Oscars in two categories - original score and original song.
